Accountabilities

TechnoServes Young Women in Enterprise has been implementing an adolescent girls
economic empowerment program based in Kawangware and Mathare areas of Nairobi.
Building on the success of the YWE program, TechnoServe will expand to new slums
to reach additional girls with a model adapted to reach younger out of school
and most vulnerable girls, age 14-19.
Additionally the model will include establishing five girl owned and managed
Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that will carry on the work of girl
empowerment in their local communities.

finance management, leadership, planning & budgeting, group dynamics, proposal
writing, report writing .
Facilitate the CBO to develop and establish sound systems and procedures for
project control e.g in finance, programs, procurement, approvals.
Facilitate the CBO to develop simple, effective and user friendly M&E tools,
reports and documentations.
Support the CBO establishes networks with other development stakeholders for
information and resource sharing.
Minimum Requirement
Bachelors Degree in Business (marketing), project management, sociology or other
relevant field with at least of 3 years experience in a role that involves
institutional capacity building, fundraising, strategic planning, and business
management.
Demonstrated capability in managing people.
Strong interpersonal and cross cultural skills
Excellent communication skills required
Ability to communicate effectively across a range of seniority levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Harga Blackberry Q5 diprediksi akan jauh dibawah Z10 namun karena menggunakan OS
yang sama maka beberapa fitur utama dipastikan oleh pabrikan asala Kanada ini
akan sama denga versi premiumnya. Kemampuan video BBM dan screen share dimana
sesama pengguna BB murah ini bisa berbagi layar dalam versi virtual adalalah
salah satu kelebihan jagoan baru perusahaan yang di nahkodai Thorsten Heins ini.
Spesifikasi Blackberry Q5 secara umum seperti saya kutip dari Kompas menggunakan
otak dua inti berkecapatan 1,2 GHz, RAM yang diusung cukup besar mencapai 2GB.
Layar Seluas 3,1 inci dengan kerapatan piksel 720 x 720. Memori internalnya
memiliki kapasitas 8 Gb.BB 10 Murah ini juga dilengkapi dengan 2 kamera
berkekuatan 5 MP dibagaian belakang dan 2 Mp di bagian depan. Koneksi internet
hanya samapai EDGE namun sudah dilengkapi WiFi dan Bluetooth. satu lagi yang
membedakan dari model model lama baterai perangkat komunikasi pintar ini tidak
bisa dicabut. Secara fisik ciri khas BB dengan papan ketik QWERTY nya akan ada
dalam BB Q5 namun tidak dilengkapi dengan trackpad.

Setelah sekian lama BlackBerry mempertahankan layanan BBM (BlackBerry
Messenger) untuk hanya dapat digunakan secara eksklusif di jajaran produk
BlackBerry saja, akhirnya perusahaan menyerah. Melalui konferensi BlackBerry
Live yang diadakan di Orlando, Florida, CEO BlackBerry Thorsten Heins
mengumumkan bahwa layanan BBM akan diluncurkan untuk perangkat berbasis iOS dan
Android. Menurut jadwal, pengguna Android dan iOS akan dapat mencicipi BBM yang
hadir sebagai aplikasi gratis mulai musim panas mendatang.
Heins mengatakan, Kami membuat platform BBM lebih powerful dari yang pernah ada.
Kami ingin menawarkan layanan mobile yang powerful ini ke semua orang. Untuk
dapat menikmati aplikasi BBM yang dihadirkan secara gratis, pengguna harus
memiliki model iPhone yang minimal dijalankan dengan iOS 6 atau perangkat
berbasis Android yang minimal mengusung Android versi Ice Cream Sandwich atau
Jelly Bean. Heins juga menjelaskan bahwa perusahaan berkomitmen untuk membuat
BBM dapat berjalan dengan fitur penuh di platform lainnya. Namun dirinya juga
menekankan bahwa layanan berkirim pesan ini tetap lebih unggul bila dijalankan
di handset BlackBerry.
CEO perusahaan tersebut juga menjelaskan bahwa perusahaan sangat yakin dengan
kesuksesan yang diraih OS BlackBerry 10, sehingga merasa tidak khawatir membagi
layanan utamanya BBM ke sistem operasi yang lain. Kami yakin bahwa waktunya
sangat tepat bagi BBM untuk menjadi solusi berkirim pesan di multiplatform, ujar
Heins. Peluncuran layanan BBM sebagai aplikasi gratis yang dimulai musim panas

- 1 bungkus ragi instan
- 2 sendok makan maduDOUGH:
- 200 ml susu cair hangat
- 3 sendok makan mentega, lelehkan
- 600 gram tepung teriguISI DAN OLESAN:
- 30 gram cokelat semisweet, cincang
- 1 butir telur kocok dengan 2 sendok makan krim kental
- Gula untuk taburanCARA MEMBUAT AMERICAN CHOCOLATE BREAD:
1. Sponge: Campur tepung terigu dengan air, ragi, dan madu, aduk hingga lembut
dan tercampur rata. Tutup dengan plastik. Diamkan dalam suhu hangat selam 1 jam.
Dough: Aduk adonan
sponge, tambahkan susu cair, mentega dan garam. Aduk rata, tambahkan tepung
terigu, aduk hingga kalis.
2. Pindahkan adonan ke dalam mangkuk besar beroles margarin . Tutup dengan
plastic, biarkan hingga mengembang selama satu jam. Kempiskan adonan, bagi
menjadi 8 bagian.
3. Isi tiap bagian adonan dengan cokelat, gulung hingga rapi. Masukkan tiap
adonan roti yang telah diisi ke dalam loyang loaf beroles margarin, rapikan.
Lakukan hal yang sama hingga seluruh adonan habis.
4. Tutup dengan lap selama 15 menit, olesi dengan kuning telur yang telah
dicampur dengan krim kental hingga rata. Taburi gula pasir, panggang dalam oven
bersuhu 200Celsius selamo
30 menit. Diamkan 10 menit, keluarkan, sajikan panas.
Tips:
Fungsi air hangat atau susu cair hangat adalah agar proses
pengembangan roti tidak berlangsung terlalu lama. Bila meng
gunakan air biasa, lebihkan waktu pendiaman sekitar 30 menit.

3. Isi tiap bagian adonan dengan cokelat, gulung hingga rapi. Masukkan tiap

Fungsi air hangat atau susu cair hangat adalah agar proses

Setelah meluncurkan Blackberry Q10 kini kembali lagi dipersiapkan sebuah
perangkat yang rencananya akan dirilis pada bulan juli. Tidak jauh-jauh
perangkat ini memang masih dari Lini Blackberry Q dengan naman Blackberry Q5.
Pertama kelebihannya adalah pada design yang mirip-mirip Blackberry Z10 namun
beda dari segi interface, sebab perangkat terbaru ini menggunakan keyboard
Qwerty.
Blackberry sebagai vendor besar dunia pastinya selalu melakukan inovasi untu
memenuhi keinginan konsumennya. Dengan hadirnya Blackberry Q5 ini mungkin
dimaksudkan bisa memberikan kenyamanan bagi orang tertentu yang ingin
menggunakan perangkat dual mode action yakni keyboard bisa touchscreen bisa.
Sangat atraktif, tapi lebih meripnya sudah pasti sangat mirip degan generasi
pertamanya yaitu Blackberry Q10.
Sekilas mengenai fitur yang akan menyempurnakan kinerja perangkat ini adalah
sebuah Chip prosessor Qualcomm Snapdragon dual core 1,2Ghz, serta akan tetap

Produsen elektronik asal Cina, Vivo baru saja mengumumkan produk ponsel
terbarunya. Ponsel ini bernamakan Vivo Xplay, yang diperkenalkan pada sebuah
event di Beijing pada beberapa waktu yang lalu. Banyak pihak yang menilai bahwa
keberadaan dari ponsel ini akan meramaikan persaingan bersama Galaxy Note
persembahan Samsung.
Memang pantas ponsel Vivo Xplay ini bersaing dengan Galaxy Note karena pada
dasarnya ponsel ini memiliki spesifikasi yang tidak kalah menariknya. Sebut saja
bentang layar yang cukup lebar yaitu sebesar 5.7 inci dan ditopang dengan
keberadaan fitur full HD. Fitur ini semakin memberi kesan canggih pada ponsel
