Who Can Apply?Only lecturers and researchers from eligible countries working on

years, and have completed any course work or exams required for their doctoral

What Does the Program Support?The purpose of the grant is to help fellows
advance their doctoral research work through a residency period of five to ten
months in a host institution in a country other than their home country or
country of residence. During the research period at the host institution, the
fellows are expected to have access to essential resources such as
referencebooksand research publications, databases, and software; attend
seminars and eventually courses; and to benefit by interacting with peers.
Host InstitutionCandidates should be accepted or invited by a host institution

countries and resume their academic or research position upon completion of the
fellowship. They are also expected to mention the McNamara fellowship award in
any publication related to their doctoral research work, including their thesis,
and to provide the Program with a copy of their thesis upon graduation.
Eligibility CriteriaApplicants must meet the following general criteria to be
eligible for a fellowship award:

Be a national and resident of a World Bank member country which is currently
eligible to borrow;
Candidates should be under 45 years of age. Candidates born before July 31, 1968
will not be considered;
Must have completed and been awarded at least a Masters degree, or equivalent,
at the time of application;
Be regularly registered in a development related doctoral program;
Must have completed all coursework and exam requirements for their doctoral
program;
Be employed as full time lecturer or researcher by an academic or research
institution in their home country;
Be accepted as a visiting scholar by a renowned university located outside the
country of origin or residence for a period of five to ten months.

sebagai campuran untuk orang makan sirih selain dari kapur dan gambir. Saat ini
biji pinang telah menjadi komoditi perdagangan, biji pinang saat ini diekspor
dari Indonesia ke beberapa Negara di Asia seperti India, Pakistan dan
Nepal.Kandungan Buah Pinang
Biji pinang yang memiliki rasa pahit itu mengandung alkoloida seperti arekaina
(arecaine) dan arekolina (arecoline) yang memiliki sifat racun dan adiktif.
Beberapa jenis pinang akan menyebabkan rasa pening jika dimakan. Beberapa
kandungan senyawa penting pada buah pinang antara lain adalah arecaidine,

Buah pinang juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengobati cacingan, khususnya untuk
mengobati cacing pita. Caranya adalah dengan merebus biji pinang muda hingga
mendidih, dinginkan airnya, kemudian minumkan air rebusan biji pinang tersebut
kepada penderita cacingan.
Buah pinang juga bermanfaat sebagai penambah gairah bagi kaum pria karena dalam

Anggota DPRD Kalbar, Tony Kurniadi ST mendesak pemerintah memikirkan ulang
penerapan lelang jabatan atau promosi terbuka untuk jabatan eselon I dan II
dalam rancangan Undang-Undang (RUU) Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).
Politisi Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) ini menilai pasal lelang jabatan itu sama
saja mengebiri jabatan pegawai. Kalau dipelajari lebih mendalam, konsep RUU ASN
lebih kembali ke zaman perbudakan. Seperti ada jual beli jabatan. Jadi,
sebaiknya pasal lelang jabatan itu dihapus, tegas Tony kepada wartawan di
kantornya di Pontianak.
Menurutnya, keyword mencari pejabat terbaik di RUU ASN bisa dicari ke luar.
Dapat dibayangkan kalau banyak pejabat luar Kalbar dan tidak tahu menahu tentang
Kalbar lalu duduk sebagai pejabat di daerah ini. Selain rasa kedaerahan tidak
ada, ke depannya daerah akan menjadi seperti kurang dipahami.
Dalam konsep RUU ASN itu, sambung Tony ternyata membolehkan. Aturannya aneh.
Seharusnya yang dipikirkan pemerintah adalah bagaimana nasib dan meningkatkan
kesejahteraan pegawai termasuk kinerjanya, ketimbang menghabiskan energi seperti
itu, ujar dia.
Seharusnya, politisi daerah pemilihan Sambas ini melanjutkan, pejabat
difungsikan adalah bagaimana si user atau kepala daerah menjalankan tugas dan
fungsinya. Konsepnya kembalikan kepada kepala daerah terlebih dahulu. Kalau
kepala daerah gagal karena merekrut berdasarkan like dan dislike, berarti ada
kegagalan.
Bukan lantas melakukan lelang jabatan seperti itu. RUU ASN sedikit demi sedikit
mulai mengerucuti konsep otonomi daerah. Masih ada campur tangan pusat di konsep
tersebut, bagaimana dengan semangat otonomi daerah, tegas Tony.
Ketimbang pemerintah menghabiskan energi menggodok RUU ASN tersebut, kata dia,
seharusnya pemerintah berpikir lebih kentara. Jangan buat aturan aneh, kalau
nantinya justru di daerah yang akan terkena dampaknya. Artinya RUU ASN memang
harus dipikirkan ulang sebelum disahkan menjadi Undang-Undang, ucap Tony.
Ia juga tidak sependapat jika jabatan eselon III dan IV dihapus sebagaimana yang
tertuang dalam draf RUU ASN itu. Menurut RUU tersebut, dijelaskan Tony, ada tiga
jenis jabatan mulai jabatan administrasi, jabatan fungsional dan jabatan
eksekutif senior.
Jabatan administrasi terdiri dari Pelaksana, Pengawas dan Administrator.
Sementara Jabatan fungsional terdiri dari fungsionalkeahlian
danfungsionalketerampilan. Jabatan Fungsional Keahlian terdiri dariahli pertama,
ahli muda, ahli madya, dan ahli utama. Dan Jabatan fungsional keterampilan
terdiri pemula, terampil dan mahir, paparnya.
Tujuan dari dihapuskannya jabatan struktural adalah untuk penghematan biaya
belanja aparatur. Tapi, ditegaskan Tony, dengan konsep di mana pejabat
fungsionalnya ditambah untuk mengganti tugas pejabat struktural hasilnya sama
saja.

Inspektorat Nozi Efialis membenarkan, pihaknya telah memeriksa dr. M. Rifki.
Menurutnya, dokter itu dicecar sekitar 20 pertanyaan oleh tim pemeriksa.
Pertanyaan yang diajukan seputar status PNS (pegawai negeri sipil), surat
keputusan (SK), dan izin belajar yang sudah dilaksanakan.
Sayangnya, Nozi enggan menjelaskan hasil dari pemeriksaan itu dengan alasan
dalam proses. Terkait gaji yang selama ini diambil dr. M. Rifki, meski tidak
masuk kerja, Nozi menjelaskan adalah hak PNS.
Dan, tidak ada satu pasal pun dalam PP RI No. 53/2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai
Negeri Sipil yang mengatur larangan pengambilan gaji bagi PNS. Jadi selama dia
masih berstatus PNS, gaji tersebut memang menjadi haknya, jelas Nozi.
Dia menerangkan, laporan hasil pemeriksaan (LHP) akan direkomendasikan ke
bupati selaku pimpinan. Kemudian LHP menjadi pertimbangan dalam pemberian
sanksi.
Yang memberikan sanksi juga bukan kita, tapi Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD)
berdasarkan hasil rekomendasi ke pimpinan, terangnya seraya menyatakan, pihaknya
masih menunggu LHP dari tim pemeriksa.
Sementara, Ketua Komisi A DPRD Lampura Arnol Alam mengatakan, belum memanggil
dr. M. Rifki. Namun demikian, kemarin pihaknya sudah menggelar rapat internal
dalam membahas berbagai permasalahan dan pengaduan masyarakat ke komisinya. Nah,
untuk masalah dokter spesialis ini kemungkinan pekan depan kami panggil, janji
Arnol.
Diketahui, pengawasan Dinas Kesehatan Lampura terhadap dokter yang bersekolah
mengambil gelar spesialis di bidangnya sangat lemah. Buktinya, dr. M. Rifki
Agung Cahyono, Sp.A. yang telah menyelesaikan studi di Universitas Diponegoro,
Jawa Tengah, sebelumnya tidak diketahui rimbanya.
Pada tahun lalu, dua dokter spesialis, yakni Farida Nurhayati, Sp.T.H.T. dan
Billy, Sp.Rad., yang disekolahkan Pemkab Lampura menggunakan ratusan juta dana
APBD sempat melakukan hal sama.
Sebab, setelah lulus mengambil spesialisasi di bidangnya, kedua dokter
spesialis itu juga tidak jelas rimbanya. Kini kedua dokter itu telah kembali
mengabdi di Lampura. Meskipun, sebelumnya ramai diberitakan sejumlah media massa

Walgreens.com, Walmart.com etc...). Also, someone who understand embedded
coding, and is currently or has done embedded for at least a year.


1 to 3 years' experience in embedded software development for portable devices,
and should have one or more published mobile phone applications.


Must have Xcode, Android, SDK and Eclipse development environment experience.


Any experience with developing and programming for iOS4 (iPad, iPhone) a big
plus.

Will have a passion for working with mobile applications and enjoys challenges
and problem solving.

Will have prior experience or educational experience developing mobile
applications as well as participating on the final testing process of these
applications.

Will utilize defined core technologies and best practice standards for
development and have an ongoing desire to acquire new skill to ensure technical

Mengisi formulir pendaftaran
Menyerahkan fotokopi ijazah SMU/MA/Sederajat, sebanyak 2 lembar dengan nilai
rata-rata komulasi min. 7,5
Ijazah tidak lebih dari 3 tahun
Menyerahkan pas foto berwarna ukuran 46 (4 lembar) background putih.
Membawa surat pengantar dari pondok pesantren/sekolah
Bagi yang ijazahnya belum keluar, maka dapat menyerahkan fotokopi rapot kelas
10, 11 dan 12 yang telah dilegalisir dari sekolah SMU/MA/Sederajat.

Materi ujian

Ujian Tahriri: Bahasa Arab (Nahwu/Shorof/Tabir) dan Fiqih
Ujian Syafahi: Muhadatsah dan membaca kitab setingakt Fatul Qorib Syarh Taqrib.

Beasiswa yang diberikan
Bagi mereka yang telah dinyatakan lulus tes dan memenuhi syarat, akan
mendapatkan beasiswa penuh (pendidikan, asrama dan makan) tidak termasuk ijin
tinggal dan uang saku. Untuk biaya keberangkatan jaminan tiket kepulangan, visa,
terjemah ijazah dan lain-lain, calon mahasiswa dikenakan biaya administrasi
sebesar Rp25.000.000.
Jadwal Ujian dan Mekanisme Pendaftaran
Pendaftaran dibuka mulai pada awal bulan April 2013 dan berkas harus sudah
diterima Kantor Pusat Universitas Al-Ahgaff di Indonesia melalui POS, Jasa
Titipan Kilat atau email sebagaimana tersebut di atas paling lambat 7 hari
sebelum masa ujian dimulai. Pengumuman hasil tes dapat dilihat di website kami:
