Skill Set Should have good experience in planning and leading an IAM
implementation. Should have good knowledge on the functional and business
aspects of an IAM implementation besides technical knowledge. Should have
proven experience working with client business teams for requirements gathering,
analysis and defining business processes for the implementation. Should have
experience in OIM solution design and implementation, upgrades or migrations
